AWS WeatherBug is a desktop application that brings live, hyper-local weather data to your desktop.
I was hired to create "Brand-Wraps" for the tool whereby I would take the sponsoring advertiser's
brand look and feel and wrap it around the tool.
The objective was to keep all of the weather information
easy to read while effectively communicating the sponsor's advertising message and driving traffic to the
advertiser's site. The top and bottom areas function as animated clickable banners that are visually integrated into the Brand-Wrap
as a whole. They enable the advertiser to communicate more of a message.
This Brand-Wrap above was done for Ancestry.com. As you will see as you look at the wraps below,
while the weather information within the tool is constant, the application completely takes on the
look and feel of the advertiser's brand.
